Pu-erh Tuo Cha

Each tuo cha is individually wrapped and suitable for multiple steepings. It does not develop any bitterness even after being infused for hours. Pu-erh is used in China to aid in digestion and is reputed to sequester cholesterol. Also known as the dieter's tea. Use 1 piece per 3 six oz. cups (according to taste);heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
