A robust peppermint blend to empower and sooth. Since ancient times, peppermint has often been used as a digestive aid. Enjoy either hot or iced. Brew 1 tsp. per cup with hot water, steep for 5 minutes before straining and pouring. A fluffy blend. 2 oz. is equal to 4 oz. of most blends. Mint, rose hips & rose petals.
