Product Description
Dreamland is blended specifically for a good nights rest. It should be the last think you do at night, about 30 minutes before going to bed/sleep. Fluffy blend, 2 oz. is equal to 4 oz. of most tea. Use 1 tsp. of tea to 6-8 oz. of hot water. Steep for 5-6 minutes. Drink hot. Lime leaf, fennel anise, birch bark, mallow root, passion flower, strawberry & blackberry leaf, hibiscus flower, blueberry leaf, thyme, chamomile, peppermint and marigold petals.
